Menu is inspired by the Nordic Cuisine and plant based gourmet. Get ready to learn a detailed plant based course from Chef Louise Rakers.
Menu: Salt-baked beetroot with cauliflower puree, pickled mustard seeds, topped with wild herbs. Ravioli in a creamy wild mushroom sauce with red onion and garlic. Served with focaccia. Danish apple cake with whipped coconut cream and cinnamon. Included will be baguettes with herb butter.
